ISU Greene County Extension & Outreach is hosting a make-and-take meal event to start off National 4-H Week.
Join the Greene County staff Monday, Oct. 7, from 10 am to noon in the Greene County Extension office meeting room. This is a come-and-go crockpot meal that will take 10-15 minutes to assemble. Staff will help participants create a meal to enjoy that evening.
The cost for this program is $25, with a discount will be for 4-H and Extension volunteers. Registration is required by Thursday, Oct. 3. Chicken enchilada casserole with cilantro lime rice will be the dish. Participants only need to bring a crockpot.
